I was prowling around youtube earlier and I found some pretty neat behind the scenes footage of Megamind. This may be old news, but this is new stuff for my eyes, lol! It's amazing, zooming down a zipline to make sure the cape movement was correct in the movie. I had no clue they even did that.

Awesome - I hadn't seen that before. Thanks for posting! The attention to detail in the animation is truly incredible.

Arg...you know I've never seen this movie in 3D? One day, maybe...one day....

No problem! The detail never ceases to amaze me.

Oh my, you've never seen it in 3d? I believe there's the 3d version on ebay, not sure how much it's selling for though. I saw it in 3d at the theater about 5 times, and from what I saw, I can say that 3d is the way this movie should be seen. Always. Mainly because I feel like I can reach out and steal Megamind, heeehee. <3

I didn't see it until I ordered the DVD from Netflix. Never saw it at the movies because it looked lame from the promos. So, I completely missed my chance to see it in 3D. Maybe someday on a 3D TV...

Never seen this either (though I haven't been purposefully looking for Megamind swag). SERIOUSLY...I know there is probably a limit on how many special features and extras they can cram into a single DVD, but how much trouble could it possibly be to include some of this, scenes they changed outright or edited down and anything else that could be of interest to fans.

While the Button of Doom has a few cute moments I think I would much rather have more behind the scenes look at the making of the movie, extras, etc, than the Button of Doom (if given the choice).

Well, you know. Someday. *sigh* In the 10 year anniversary director's cut special edition blue ray...

There's a blooper reel we didn't get, too. No idea why. :/

I wanna hear Will and David's improv for the "Ollo" sequence.

I never had seen this vid before, thanks for posting it! It's really sad that some great footage like this didn't end up in the DVD. Too bad.

Nice, I've never seen this! I new they did the thing with the capes to get the movement right (think I may have heard that on the commentary or somewhere else...) but I've never seen this.

And BLOOPERS? But I love Bloopers ;_; Why wouldn't they include bloopers? Why? I don't understaaannndddd.
They could have gone all Pixar and animated the bloopers and slipped it into the end of the movie, after Bernard's conclusion. The credit music would have gone perfectly with Bloopers.

We missed out on Bloopers?! ... all of my cries. ;A;

They could have stuck all this stuff onto the Blu ray or something, and it would have been amazing. Why god! Seriously, guys! Hell, put a DVD out now with JUST this stuff! I'll buy it! I want to give you money, Dreamworks, why don't you want it? ;_;

Seriously! I will throw my money in their face! I will shove my money in their mouths if I have to, whatever it takes to get the point across! XP
