Why hello there! I'm Emmalyn; it's nice to meet you. :D And thanks for the link--I'll definitely be sending them a polite email asking for some MM merch! I've been bugging DWA for like 3 years to set up an online store for the general public (I somehow managed to find an employees-only portal awhile back...their reaction was something like, "WTF?! How did you find this!??!" XD). And c'mon--Disney's had an online store for over a decade. So yes, I'm super glad they're finally starting somewhere with this! :3

Shirts, mostly; some of them I've since seen elsewhere, though others were revealed to be DWA-only, not-widely-released designs. And a ballcap and a watch were up there for a bit too, I think. (My original post is here. But the store has since been taken down, just fyi.) I was so disappointed! ^_^;

But now, I have HOPE. (My hope mostly lies in gentle-but-insistent prodding. YAY FOR BUREAUCRATIC EXPERIENCE. XP)

Telling Dreamworks to make Megamind merch is like trying to talk to a brick wall. BUT it's worth a shot to bug the living shit out of them. |D

It would be nice if they'd provide something for the Megamind fans in their online store. It's not like they'd have to make a huge investment to stock Target stores nationwide or anything. If they have such little confidence in it's ability to sell, an online venue would be the best place to at least appease the fanbase. :\
